Innovation platform Sport Knowhow XL enquired about the progress in setting up the quality mark for martial arts gyms. VA manager Farid Gamei explained the idea behind the initiative, how practical knowledge was made leading, and how it will be implemented.
Gamei stresses that the sector has been closely involved in the entire decision-making process concerning the introduction of the quality mark and the earlier measures. “The sector itself came up with these measures. We drew up a survey for five hundred martial arts gyms and set up two committees. They provided the ideas for the input and the monitoring. This is how the measures came about, with support from the sector.”
