Learn all about doping: also available in English

1 min read

The Nederlandse Vechtsportautoriteit (Dutch Martial Arts Authority) regularly points athletes and their support staff to the e-learning courses of the Dopingautoriteit (Dutch Anti-Doping Authority). But did you know that something similar is available in English?

The e-learning courses of the Dopingautoriteit are intended for athletes, trainers, coaches, parents of athletes and anyone else involved in sport. They consist of short courses and exams, entirely online. On completion you receive an official certificate from the Dopingautoriteit.

Dutch martial arts of course also involve many people from other countries. Those who do not (yet) have a good command of Dutch often use English. Are you an athlete or gym owner and do you know athletes in this situation? You can point them to an English-language alternative: ADEL.

ADEL is the Anti-Doping Education and Learning platform of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). Here anyone can learn in English what doping is, how therapeutic use exemptions for medication work, what the risks of dietary supplements are, and much more. In addition to the e-learning courses, you will also find quizzes, videos, webinars and much more.

Take the e-learning courses of the Dopingautoriteit or go to WADA's ADEL platform, so that you are never caught by surprise.
